Returns & Exchanges
At Gigi & Bloom we want you to 100% LOVE your new pieces. If you would like to return an item for a Store credit please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We offer returns for a store credit within 14 days of you receiving your items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused and in the same condition that you received it including all swing tags still attached
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Earrings, hats and hairclips cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and include the details of your Credit note. All credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed once received.
Any purchase made from our 'Sale' Section is final and these items will not be eligible to be returned or exchanged
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will do our best to organise this for you. Please keep in mind due to the limited stock numbers in each collection this may not always be possible in which case you would be issued with a credit note instead
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If you believe your item may be faulty or is damaged please send us an email including clear photographs of the fault to firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon receiving your return all items will be assessed and if deemed faulty by the manufacture the customer will be entitled to a full refund.

All return Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a Tracked postage service as we can not take any responsibilities for missing parcels.
Local Delivery Customers
If you are local and would like to process a return please firstly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org Local returns can be personally dropped off to Gigi & Bloom HQ to avoid postage costs.
